- Personal care: Supports individuals with daily tasks like bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene, fostering comfort,and dignity.
- Activities of daily living: Assistance with essential task such as eating, dressing, and mobility, ensuring a foundation for everyday Independence.
- Light housekeeping: Helping clients maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment. With a general tidying up, surface cleaning, linen changes and laundry.
- Incidental transportation: Safe and reliable transportation to run errands, Dr. appointments, grocery shopping, or attend social events.
- Social enrichment Services: Provides clients with support including emotional support, socialization, common activities including conversation, playing games, and attending outings.
- Medication reminders: Ensure timely and accurate adherence to prescribed schedules, promoting health and well-being.
- Respite care: Providing short-term relief for primary caregivers, giving them time to rest, travel, or spend time with other family and friends.
- Meal preparation: Assistance with meal planning and preparation while encouraging client to participate, when possible, to promote independence.
- Transitional care: Our caregivers will assist clients transition back into their homes and daily routines after hospitalization or short-term care.
- Dementia /Alzheimer's care: Our caregivers focus on simplifying daily routines, engaging in memory -centered activities, and fostering a calm, secure environment. We also provide focused care for those experiencing sundown syndrome, helping to manage late-day confusion and agitation.
- Non- medical Hospice care: We will provide patient care focused on comfort, dignity, and emotional support. We will work in collaboration with hospice providers to ensure seamless care. Our goal is to help families create meaningful moments in a supportive and loving environment.
